Sarah Baigorri

I am a social work therapist accepting new clients in New York. I became a therapist after a long career as an AV-rated litigator. I draw on the skills I developed working with catastrophically injured clients to support therapy clients during their most challenging and vulnerable moments with empathy, active listening, psychoeducation, and evidence-based approaches like TEAM-CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based therapy. I am proud to be an active member of my communities. I am a Sustainer member of the Junior League of New York, a past President of the Junior League of Miami Foundation, a board member of the Funding Florida Legal Aid, and on the Advisory Board of Breakthrough Miami. I have been an alumni interviewer for Georgetown University Law Center and a past president of the Latino Law Students Association at Georgetown University Law Center.
