Emi is especially known and respected for her expertise in prosecuting complex wage and hour class actions and representative Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) actions and has been appointed as class counsel by numerous courts throughout California. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007, and is admitted to practice in all federal District Courts in the State of California.
