Sara Davey

Drawing on my prior experience working with my family’s small business, I aim to provide strategic and practical solutions to clients of all sizes regarding employment policies, practices, and litigation. I take the time to understand my clients’ industry, workforce, and needs to provide tailored solutions and mitigate risk. As an experienced litigator, I employ aggressive litigation strategies and am known for obtaining favorable outcomes at summary judgment. During the pandemic, I adapted my practice to counsel clients through the ever-changing laws and issues resulting from COVID-19’s impact on the workplace. I also routinely provide support regarding employment-related issues arising in domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and private equity transactions. I also serve on Auxiliary Board of Girls in the Game and regularly advise nonprofits on various employment issues on a pro bono basis. Outside of work, my interests include baseball (go Cubs!), exploring new restaurants, traveling, and skiing.
