I am a labor and employment attorney who helps employers navigate and resolve complex workplace disputes and high-stakes litigation. At the core of my practice, I focus on being a practical, responsive advisor who helps clients solve problems, manage risk, and keep their businesses moving forward. My work includes defending companies in wage and hour class actions, discrimination and retaliation claims, and disputes involving employment agreements, restrictive covenants, and non-competes.I regularly appear in federal and state courts and before agencies like the EEOC and the New York State Department of Labor. I defend claims under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, the FMLA, the NYSHRL, and the NYCHRL, as well as matters involving harassment, retaliation, defamation, and other workplace-related claims.Alongside litigation, I advise employers on everyday HR and workplace issues -from hiring and terminations to policies, accommodations, leave issues, and compliance—helping them stay ahead of risk and avoid disputes before they escalate.I also represent physicians and medical practices in employment, professional responsibility, ethical, and disciplinary matters, including issues that arise before licensing and regulatory bodies. I’ve also handled matters involving medical malpractice claims involving physicians, particularly where they overlap with employment or practice issues.
