As the original founding partner of Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C., I have represented thousands of clients who have suffered personal injuries. I am a leader in orthopedic implant litigation and have chaired the orthopedic implant litigation group for the American Association of Justice for the past 13 years. In 2007, I founded Burn Advocates Network, LTD. BAN was formed to support burn survivors - whether they are children, young men and women who are wounded in combat, or the elderly - as they face the challenges of recovery, rehabilitation, and reintegration. I founded the first specialized camp for burn-scarred children in the Middle East. SABABA celebrated its 5th year this spring. Our second camp, KARMA is holding its first session in Mumbai , India in December. BAN shipped 50 tons of supplies to Haiti following the earthquake and co-founded a physical therapy center at Justinian University Hospital. Our 7th Medical mission will launch in August.
