About Sally Ayvazian

Having represented large auto manufacturers for nearly 10 years, I now advocate for consumers. I concentrate my practice on civil litigation matters involving lemon law litigation, commercial, consumer and breach of warranty litigation and suits brought on behalf of consumers against manufacturers based on both state and federal consumer fraud claims and breach of contract actions. I have extensive law and motion background, which includes successfully securing dismissal of claims in motions to dismiss, defending post-trial motions for attorneys' fees and securing costs pursuant to CCP 998. I also have extensive courtroom experience, including Case Management Conferences, Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Final Status Conferences and Jury Trials. I have also successfully mediated over 100 cases. I received my B.A. in Criminology, Law & Society from U.C. Irvine in 2004 and my J.D. from Trinity Law School in 2007 where I finished in the top 5% receiving academic achievement in Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminal Law. I was also a member of the school's Intramural Moot Court Team. I am admitted to practice law in all California Courts, and in the Central and Eastern District Courts for the State of California.
