Sahara Pynes

Sahara Pynes, Esq. is a Partner at Fox Rothschild LLP in Century City and New York. She is also the Founder of HR Solutions Group and Training Mavens, an HR consulting organization. In addition to running her own business, Ms. Pynes has in-house counsel experience, making her a versatile partner to her clients. Her practice focuses on prevention and compliance issues relating to human resources, recruiting and training. Ms. Pynes’ experience encompasses a wide range of labor and employment matters, including the defense of single plaintiff and class action discrimination, wrongful discharge and wage/hour claims, in addition to employment contract, non-competition, misclassification, whistleblower, sexual harassment and related claims. Ms. Pynes regularly counsels clients on matters relating to day-to-day human resources administration, employee relations, recruitment, harassment, minimizing liability against lawsuits, and compliance with Title VII, ADEA, ADA, WARN, FMLA, FLSA and other federal, state and local employment statutes. While an associate at international law firms, Kelley Drye & Warren LLP and Heller Ehrman LLP, Ms. Pynes regularly represented clients in labor and employment litigations in federal and state courts, and in proceedings before various administrative agencies. Prior to her work as a lawyer, Ms. Pynes wrote for the New York Law Journal and the American Lawyer. She received her undergraduate degree from the prestigious Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and obtained her Juris Doctor, Magna cum laude, from New York Law School. Ms. Pynes is a member of both the California and New York state bar associations.
