About Sahar Hakakian
Sahar Hakakian advises investors, owners, lenders, and developers on complex real estate transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and development, financing, operation, and leasing of real estate assets. The various real estate assets covered by Sahar's practice include office, retail, multifamily, industrial, hospitality and mixed-use properties. Sahar earned her law degree with distinction from Fordham University School of Law, where she served on the Urban Law Journal, and her Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from Cornell University. Sahar was an adjunct professor at Fordham University School of Law and has lectured at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
