Spearhead the creation of comprehensive investigative protocols for workplace misconduct cases, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and policy violations. Lead investigations and responses to state or federal agency filings, successfully managing litigation and dispute resolution processes. Advise and train HR departments and executives on compliance with state and federal employment laws, workplace policies, and best practices. 20+ years of litigation experience, successfully handling state and federal employment and consumer class actions, construction defect, and other complex matters, obtaining favorable verdicts and settlements for our clients.
