I have a broad-based practice in the area of labor and employment, helping clients to minimize and resolve disputes through practical employment compliance solutions and, when necessary, litigation. I have conducted numerous high profile, sensitive investigations of executive misconduct and disloyalty and have helped to guide employers through difficult resolutions. I regularly work on issues relating to public and private company executives from hiring to separation. I work with the complex web of workplace safety considerations - particularly in the field of humanoid robotics. I have represented buyers, sellers and JV partners in hundreds of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic alliances. I regularly represent clients in non-compete, non-solicit, trade secret and other restrictive covenant litigation. I defend employers under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the WARN Act, ERISA, ADEA, FLSA and various state discrimination laws. In connection with these statutes, I help clients revise employee handbooks, employee-related policies, and employment applications.I provide legal advice on labor relations law, and have extensive experience representing clients in unfair labor practice proceedings, contractual arbitrations and representation proceedings. I advise clients during union organizing campaigns, and provide day-to-day labor relations advice.
