As Managing Partner and Founder of Nova Law Group (formerly Tait & Hall), I lead our litigation team with a relentless commitment to defending individuals and businesses with courage, clarity, and tactical precision. I specialize in complex criminal defense, civil litigation, administrative law, and professional board defense bringing over 15+ years of courtroom experience to every case. Before founding Nova Law Group, I served as a felony prosecutor in one of the nation’s largest prosecuting offices, where I consistently achieved a higher trial success rate than my peers and was entrusted with training fellow attorneys on effective trial strategy. I’ve carried that trial-tested advocacy into private practice, where I thrive on fighting for clients who feel overwhelmed by the system. I became an attorney because I know firsthand how it feels to be powerless in the face of an unjust situation and I built this firm to stand with people at their most challenging moments. My goal as Managing Partner isn’t just to win cases, but to restore peace of mind and protect the rights and futures of the clients and communities we serve.
