I have a broad practice that primarily includes general civil litigation, business formation and transactions, employment law, construction, funeral and cemetery law, administrative law, civil service, intellectual property, successions and estate planning. I have trial experience in state and federal court as well as in arbitration in Louisiana and other jurisdictions. I have litigated and tried complex cases involving breach of contract, unfair trade practices, non-competes, trade secrets, disputed successions, bad faith insurance claims, wage payment, and construction. I also counsel employers on day-to-day matters, such as investigations, terminations, leaves of absence, wage matters, restrictive covenants, handbooks, and personnel policies. Licensed to practice in all Louisiana state and federal courts.
