Ryan Frazier

For over thirteen years, Mr. Frazier has practiced in the areas of employment and labor law and business litigation, focusing on employment matters and business disputes. He has extensive experience in both complex and relatively simple commercial and general civil litigation, having tried cases before judges, juries, arbitrators and administrative panels, ranging from a one-day trial to a seven-week jury trial. At the end of 2012, Mr. Frazier and his partner, David Wahlquist, procured a judgment at trial dismissing all claims brought against a developer in which the plaintiff was suing for $2.7 million and obtained an award of all of the developer's attorney fees, and costs associated with the lawsuit. He has also led a team at trial where we successfully proved a lease-option to purchase actually constituted an equitable mortgage and obtained an award of attorney fees. He was part of a litigation team who successfully defended the region's largest integrated healthcare organization against antitrust claims for $89 million in damages by obtaining summary judgment on all claims. Most of his practice is devoted to employment law, including defending employers against sexual harassment, discrimination and wage claims.
