About Russell Beustring
Mr. Beustring was licensed to practice law in Texas by the Supreme Court of Texas in 1992. He became Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1997, and he was re certified in 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017. Mr. Beustring is also licensed to practice in the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.Mr. Beustring was the past president and vice president of the United States Bankruptcy Section of the American Bar Association/YLD. I was also the Editor in Chief of the Bankruptcy Committee Newsletter (publication of the ABA/YLD Bankruptcy Law Committee) and the Co-Editor of News and Views Newsletter (publication of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys). He is a frequent speaker at lawyer conventions teaching other attorneys and judges about bankruptcy and credit reporting issues. Mr. Beustring is considered one of Houston's credit reporting expert and appears frequently on the local NBC, ABC CBS and FOX affiliates regarding credit reporting issues and personal finance. This background allows him to inform his bankruptcy clients of the credit reporting system and how to reestablish themselves quicker than usual.Specialties: Consumer bankruptcy, Business bankruptcy, Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Stop Foreclosure, Stop Repossession, Stop IRS and Debt Collection Lawsuit defense.
