About Rubin Sinins

Rubin M. Sinins is a trial attorney with more than three decades of experience representing individuals, executives, and businesses in complex, high-exposure civil and criminal matters. His practice is centered on sophisticated litigation, including commercial disputes, internal investigations, and criminal defense, often involving substantial financial, legal, and reputational stakes. Mr. Sinins is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as both a Civil Trial Attorney and a Criminal Trial Attorney, a distinction held by a limited number of attorneys demonstrating substantial trial experience and peer recognition. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and serves as the New Jersey State Vice-Chair of the organization. A trial lawyer by practice, Mr. Sinins has extensive experience trying cases in criminal, civil, and equity courts and representing clients in state and federal proceedings. His work includes high-level business disputes, white-collar matters, and cases involving allegations of corporate and professional misconduct, frequently requiring the development of complex evidentiary records and strategic trial presentation. In addition to his courtroom work, Mr. Sinins is a frequent lecturer on trial practice, ethics, and complex litigation for continuing legal education programs. Mr. Sinins has held significant leadership roles within the legal profession. He serves as the Essex County member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee and previously served as Chair of the Essex County Bar Association’s Judicial and Prosecutorial Appointments Committee. He has also served as Chair of a District Ethics Committee and as Co-Chair of the Criminal Section of the New Jersey Association for Justice for fifteen years. He currently serves as Vice-Chair of the New Jersey Supreme Court Board on Attorney Certification and as a member of the Supreme Court’s Board on Continuing Legal Education. Earlier in his career, he served as President of the Essex County Bar Association.
