About Rose Mishaan
I graduated from University of California Hastings, College of the Law in 2009, and have been practicing law in California since being admitted to the State Bar in December of 2009. My primary practice area has been in the field of criminal defense, both at the trial and appellate levels. My inspiration for going to law school was my experience interning with the Southern Center for Human Rights in Atlanta, Georgia, and my deep commitment to social justice and human rights. In particular, I believe that protecting and advocating for individuals facing criminal charges, and being a force against the wave of increased criminalization and more severe criminal punishments, is vital work that I am proud to be a part of.
