Ronald E. Lyons is a member of the Business Law and Estate Planning Groups at McMillan Metro, P.C. His practice focuses on business and commercial related transactions, as well as wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Lyons counsels clients on choice of entity, entity formation, contracts, buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, leasing, as well as the purchase and sale of business entities.
