Since commencing my career in 1981, I have concentrated my practice on securities, corporate, and business law matters. I represent startup and early-stage, companies, as well as smaller reporting public companies engaged in a variety of industries from high tech, medical, and natural resources to mortgage banking and manufacturing. I can assist clients with entity selection and formation, fund-raising compliance matters, equity compensation plans, employment contracts, M&A transactions, and most business-related contracts. My focus has been on assisting clients navigate the sometimes difficult regulatory world of corporate and securities laws. I've spent countless hours with clients teaching them enough about securities, corporate, and business law to identify potential hazards and avoid costly mistakes.
