Roger Weinberg

over 30 years as a plaintiffs attorney in maryland. i handle nursing home and assisted living neglect and abuse, severe injuries and death of developmentally disabled individuals, wrongful death, medical malpractice, tractor trailer and severe motor vehicle accidents, construction and workplace injuries and deaths, and estate administration and litigation. i served on the maryland trial lawyers association's (mtla) board of governors for 6 years, and founded and was the first chairman of the mtla (now maryland association for justice) nursing home litigation section and have served as the chair since then. i am active nationally in long term care litigation and have lectured to attorneys and written articles about long term care litigation. 2014 results include a $1 million dollar verdict against a maryland assisted living facility for failure to obtain emergency care.
