Rodrick Holmes

I am a Partner at Reifers Holmes & Peters with over 20 years of experience handling complex transportation, regulatory and employment law matters. I represent public and private sector clients in litigation, arbitration, and mediation, with a focus on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and ADEA claims. I also serve as outside general counsel to a regional transit authority, advising on regulatory compliance, labor relations, and day-to-day operational issues. My labor law experience includes negotiating MOUs and collective bargaining agreements, managing union matters, and guiding leadership through high-stakes personnel decisions. In addition to my legal practice, I’m proud to serve on the Board of Directors for EDGE, where I help shape strategy and governance.
