Rodney Perry

Rodney (Rod) Perry is a litigator with 25+ years of experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation at trial and appellate court levels, including first-chair trial experience. He represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation, class actions, and employment matters. Rod's litigation practice consists of a wide variety of complex litigation, class action defense and other business disputes, with an focus on commercial real estate and construction litigation. He also has significant experience in financial services litigation and defending against consumer protection claims.
