About Rodney Bell
My career as a civil litigator spans more than twenty-five years. Much of that time was spent handling high-stakes commercial litigation at large international law firms. During this period I successfully litigated cases to verdict in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative hearings and complex commercial arbitrations. I also have substantial appellate experience with published California Court of Appeal cases to my credit as well as several unpublished decisions. Prior to my admission to practice, I clerked on the California Court of Appeal for Justice Armand Arabian immediately before his elevation to the California Supreme Court.Specialties: My practice is focused on business litigation of all types. Currently I handle commercial litigation and arbitration serving Asia-based clients involved in international disputes. I also represent California companies and shareholders involved in employment discrimination suits, wage and hour litigation, real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership litigation, construction contract litigation, and trade secret claims.
