The focus of my practice is on estate planning, elder law, probate, real estate, contracts and dispute resolution, for individuals, families, and small businesses, primarily in Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford and Cecil Counties. I view risk management as a key element of effective estate planning, - to protect oneself, loved ones, business interests, increase awareness and understanding, protect assets and preserve valued relationships. We promote a collaborative approach to reduce the risk of financial abuse and exploitation of the elderly, and increase transparency. Our risk management services include contract review, strategic planning, negotiation assistance and managing conflict that arises in these and other transactional interactions. Concerned Seniors want to be heard, understood and respected. I try to provide a comfortable, informative estate planning consultation experience . My passion is to help people improve their quality of life, avoid litigation and other stress caused by conflict. I do this by drawing on my insight, mediation training, and passion for facilitating dispute resolution through positive engagement.
