I am attorney that specializes in representing Michigan public school districts in labor & employment matters as well as civil litigation. The bulk of my work has been in advising clients in relation to any labor or employment concerns and representing them before state administrative agencies or state or federal courts. I also defend clients in civil litigation actions, as well as advise client school districts regarding general school law including student discipline issues, constitutional concerns (both state and federal) and compliance with the Revised School Code and/or other school related legislation.
