Robert Rudolph

I represent individuals and businesses in a range of industries. I work with my clients to develop strategies to protect their interests and reduce the risk of litigation. When disputes arise, I act as a skilled negotiator to resolve matters for my clients without the time and expense of litigation. If litigation is unavoidable, I zealously represent the interests of my clients in court and before state and federal administrative agencies. I have a record of success ranging from winning at the trial court and appellate court levels in a variety of complex business matters, prevailing in cases before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, including on appeal, representing clients in highly contentious shareholder disputes between owners of closely held businesses involving millions of dollars and control of well-known companies, effectively protecting my clients' interests in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S Department of Homeland Security and the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, as well as working with property owners, developers, contractors and material suppliers on a diverse range of real estate and construction related issues, including matters involving mechanic’s liens, condominium disputes and landlord/tenant issues. I have also drafted and negotiated various contracts, leases, and amendments. I routinely draft and review employment handbooks, policies, and agreements and work with clients to enforce those policies.
