My practice has focused on helping long term care providers and other employers anticipate, identify and solve the many and varied legal issues relating to their employees. I have represented employers ranging from small, family owned businesses to Fortune 100 companies. My clients seek my assistance with a broad range of matters from day-to-day concerns about their employees to litigation in state and federal courts. I regularly advise employers on issues such as policy development, harassment investigations, reductions in force, separation agreements and employee discipline. I have represented clients in litigation matters including state and federal discrimination actions (including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, Section 1981 and Ohio Civil Rights Act), common law wrongful discharge actions, intentional tort actions, workers' compensation, and numerous labor arbitrations. My focus has been and continues to be helping my clients avoid litigation by offering creative and effective solutions for their employee challenges.
