I spent many years of practicing labor and employment law with the largest such specialty firm in the U. S., after which I left to join a smaller, entrepreneurial firm, delivering the highest quality legal services at extremely reasonable cost and efficiency. Our firm joined Blank Rome LLP, in February 2014, and once again I found that large firm practice is not for me. As of February, 2015, I joined my wife, Lynn D. Lieber, Esq., in a boutique employment law practice representing management (and on rare occasion a plaintiff) while my wife, also a highly experienced employment attorney, focuses on workplace investigations and training. Specialties: All aspects of employment and labor law. With nearly 50 years of experience representing management, I've dealt with virtually every type of issue employers face in today's changing environment. I specialize in employment discrimination, harassment cases, wrongful termination matters, training, NLRB cases and, above all, the prevention of liability through excellent advice. My goal always is to provide guidance so my client can attain its goal without causing legal issues now or in the future.
