About Robert Giolito
I am in my 52nd(!) year of law practice representing unions and individuals in labor, employment, and entertainment disputes.. Over the years, my clients have included a wide variety of trades and professions, including symphony musicians, film directors, actors, writers, doctors, nurses, motion picture technicians and craftspersons, mechanics, stagehands, skilled construction trades, and communications, transportation, warehouse, laundry, and food service employees. I currently represent both local and international industrial and trade unions across the country in contract negotiations, arbitration, mediation, and litigation before trial and appellate courts and state and federal agencies. I have served as co-chair of the ABA Committee on Practice and Procedure under the National Labor Relations Act, and the Labor Committees of the Georgia and Atlanta Bar Associations. I have often been quoted in the labor press and invited to speak at national meetings on current labor relations issues. I am a member of both the Georgia and California bars.Specialties: Litigation, arbitration, negotiation.
