I help transportation clients reach decision points by providing a comprehensive analysis of potential liability. I coordinate the initial rapid response investigation, assess all pertinent corporate programs, retain necessary experts, and identify any potential issues which may affect the liability or damages evaluation. I navigate the client through the litigation process to trial and beyond, if necessary. I also consult on and litigate business and governmental compliance issues for national and local motor carriers and other businesses with ties to the transportation industry.
