Robert Borr

Robert Borr is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator. He has over a decade of litigation experience in several civil and administrative areas of law. As a general litigator, he defended more cases than he filed (counter-claims excluded), including some title insurance claim defense work. He worked exclusively as plaintiff's counsel at a personal injury law firm and developed a niche first party auto practice to fully address the issues faced by his clients involved in auto accidents. Outside of the courtroom, Robert has structured, negotiated, and/or closed hundreds of transactions, serving in a variety of roles. He continues to advise on real estate matters spanning from multi-million dollar real estate syndications to association matters to estate planning. Robert also owns and operates a boutique real estate & business brokerage based in Central Florida.
