I work to advance client interests by developing compelling narratives supported by evidence and law, and by pursuing opportunities to achieve best results as efficiently as possible. For over three decades I have represented companies entrepreneurs, private individuals and non-profit organizations based in the U.S. and abroad in litigation, appellate practice, investigations and regulatory proceedings involving contracts, employment law, intellectual property (trademarks and copyright), restructuring, corporate finance, defamation and international matters. I also have in-house experience as the former General Counsel and SVP, Mission Excellence, of a multi-program health system. I am admitted to practice law in New York State, before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, before the United States Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fourth and Eleventh Circuits, and pro hac vice before courts in New Jersey.
