About Rick Horowitz
Currently, I practice Criminal Defense in California. My practice includes both State and Federal offenses, primarily involving sex cases and violent felonies. I'm comfortable in trial courts as well as the appellate courtroom. Areas of focus: Violent crimes, sex crimes and other felonies both in state and federal courts in California. In 2016, I also began working with clients who will benefit from Veterans Treatment Courts in California. I will soon be taking some additional training from Shawn McMillan in the hopes of helping rein in CPS in my area, and end their reign of terror against poor people. I'd love to start a company called "FCPS, Inc." (The "F" is for "FIGHT," people! As an "F Warrior," I would never use any other word. Would I? ;) )
