About Richard Wynne
My practice focuses on complex restructurings representing debtors, creditors, bondholders, committees, and purchasers in U.S. and international chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and out-of-court workouts. I have worked in a wide variety of industries, ranging from telecommunications, sports, real estate, transportation, insurance, financial services, retail, food distribution, manufacturing, energy, and the entertainment industry. My main focus is on solving clients’ most challenging problems by strategic counseling, designing and implementing litigation and negotiations strategy, and acting as lead trial counsel.
