About Richard Wintory
I spent more than two decades as a prosecutor, first in Oklahoma and then Arizona. I was blessed with the opportunity to help obtain justice for families during the worst times of their lives. I was lucky to work with amazing people along the way, and I loved every minute of it. Things change, though, and I recently started The Next Chapter Family Law Center. I want to take the skills, compassion, and philosophy that I applied to prosecution and make something great out of this private practice. I also still enjoy teaching new law enforcement recruits, doing annual trainings for other prosecutor's associations, and consulting with prosecutors on difficult criminal cases.
