I litigated for plaintiffs and defendants/carriers for many years before mediating full time and understand the issues peculiar to each side's needs and goals. As a Mediator, I help parties find ways to resolve disputes on terms that work for them. As a Mediator, I do not decide who is right or wrong. I enable the parties to use their decision-making power and combined creativity to find acceptable solutions agreeable to all parties.
