I help employers prevent and resolve costly labor and employment issues. As a partner at Fisher Phillips, I represent employers and consumer reporting agencies in complex litigation, including individual and class claims asserted under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and other federal and state employment laws. I also enjoy working with employers to achieve their business objectives in a Union environment, including through proactive collective bargaining and advocacy in arbitrations, charges before the NLRB, and, when warranted, federal litigation.
