About Richard Gaal
I provide strength and experience in trial and effective advice in resolution short of verdict. My primary goal is to provide the client with good judgment. Since trying my first jury trial to a successful defense verdict two years out of law school, I have tried scores of jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts in Alabama and Northern Florida. I am a member of both the Alabama State Bar and the Florida Bar. My areas of specialty include bankruptcy litigation, business and commercial litigation, and defending products manufacturers. My practice includes substantial pro bono work, provided at the same level of excellence to all clients no matter their circumstances.
