I lead a team of 8 attorneys representing major corporations in California employment and business litigation, and serve as Managing Partner of 15-attorney Sanchez Amador & Reyes LLP. I'm a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and peer-review rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest ranking for ethics and legal ability. When I put in for the rating, a trial judge before whom I had a difficult but successful trial generously provided a reference calling me "one of the finest trial lawyers in California."After a statewide survey of in-house counsel and mediators, GC California Magazine recognized me as a "Hidden Gem" among top California employment lawyers. I'm a founding faculty member of the NELC Academy, a selective program providing advanced skills training to junior employment defense lawyers with a commitment to diversity in our profession. Often asked to speak on trial advocacy, deposition skills, employment law, client service, ethics, and legal diversity topics.
