Richard Adler

I am the founding principal of the law offices of Adler Giersch P.S., which is dedicated to representing victims of traumatic brain injury, spinal injury, musculoskeletal injuries, and more. As an advocate for protecting the health and safety of young athletes, I have been locally and nationally recognized for my efforts in organizing a powerful coalition of healthcare, businesses, sports, and community partners to enact culture-changing legislation known as the "Zackery Lystedt Law," the first law of its kind to protect youth athletes from concussion. I have also authored of several books, including, Understanding Traumatic Brain Injury, From Injury to Action, Understanding Legal Insurance Concepts, and Understanding Medical Legal Terms. I am a frequent guest speaker at legal, medical, insurance, and healthcare organizations.
