Reina Boaz

Reina Boaz Esq. is a bilingual attorney concentrating her practice on immigration law as well as general corporate and employment matters. She founded RBL Partners PLLC in 2010 and currently serves as Managing Partner, managing the New York and Tokyo offices of the firm. Reina brings over 20 years of experience in US immigration and nationality law. Prior to starting her firm, she was an Associate at Fragomen, Del Rey Bernsen & Loewy LLP, where she advised multinational corporations on various corporate immigration matters. She also spent five years at Sindell Law Offices, P.C., a boutique immigration law firm handling immigration matters for Japanese corporations and individuals. Currently, as Managing Attorney of RBL Partners, Reina provides strategic consultation and guidance to institutional and individual clients on various matters of U.S. immigration and nationality law. She assists foreign start-ups to establish and expand their U.S. operations, and acts as outside General Counsel for a number of firms. Reina represents a broad range of private and public companies in various industries. She also advises renowned entrepreneurs, artists, entertainers and restaurateurs with complex corporate immigration and business startup matters. Reina is active in the Japanese-American business community. She was Founding Member of the Japanese American Lawyers Network (JALN); former Board Member of the Business Women's Committee of the Japanese American Association of New York (JAANY); and Associate Member of US-Japan Council. She has authored numerous articles for Japanese publications in the areas of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas and employer compliance. She also works with JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) as an Advisor to provide legal guidance to Japanese businesses entering the US market. Reina was born and raised in Tokyo, to an Indian entrepreneur father and a Japanese mother. She attended Nishimachi International School (NIS) and The American School in Japan (ASIJ) in Tokyo. She obtained her B.A. cum laude from New York University, and her J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law.
