About Rebecca Marquis
I have a boutique domestic relations law practice located in Scottsdale, Arizona, although I practice all throughout Arizona. Areas that I have extensive experience in include: dissolution, child support, paternity, legal separation, parenting time, legal decision-making, spousal maintenance, modifications, enforcement of existing orders, relocation, same sex custody cases, and orders of protection. I also provide private mediation services. Prior to opening my own practice, I was employed as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona working in the Child Support Enforcement Division of the Department of Economic Security. In this capacity, I appeared before numerous judges and commissioners in Maricopa County on several hundred child support related cases. I currently serve as the Chair of the Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Section.
