I am a labor and employment corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. I advise on all aspects of the employment relationship in transactional, counseling, and dispute resolution settings. I lead labor and employment matters on deal work and restructurings; investigate and resolve harassment, discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, misconduct, and wage and hour allegations; and represent firms and executives in proceedings before courts, mediators, arbitrators, and administrative agencies. I negotiate and draft complex agreements relating to employment, partnership, contracting, retention, separation, noncompetition and other restrictive covenants, releases, and collective bargaining. I also plan and implement worker incentive, equity, and reduction in force programs and provide anti-harassment training.
