About Rayner Mangum
Rayner is an experienced litigator who uses her 10 years of litigation experience to help employers navigate through a broad array of legal issues impacting their workplaces. She regularly counsels clients in a diverse array of industries on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including the FLSA, the FMLA, the ADA, Title VII, Title IX, and the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, among others. She has experience conducting workplace investigations and advising clients on risk management. Rayner vigorously defends employers against agency actions, as well as in litigation in both the federal and state courts. She works with clients to prepare litigation strategy, assess case valuation, and engage in alternative dispute resolution where appropriate. She regularly appears in federal court and is experienced at arguing a wide range of motions and discovery issues.
