Raymond Costantino

Scott Costantino is Board Certified by the Florida Bar in Civil Trial Law. He is also Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Costantino has received an "AV"​ rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He has been selected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, serves on the Executive Committee for the ISOB and is the ISOB's current President. He is also a past member of the ISOB Board of Governors and is a past ISOB National Membership Chair. Mr. Costantino is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He was selected as the ABOTA-Jacksonville Chapter's Lawyer of the Year for 2012 and he served as President of the ABOTA-Jacksonville Chapter in 2015. In 2024 Mr. Costantino was awarded the ABOTA-Jacksonville Chapter's Professionalism & Civility Award. Mr. Costantino was sworn in as President of ABOTA's state wide chapter FLABOTA in 2019. In 2025 FLABOTA awarded Mr. Costantino with the Joseph P. Milton Professionalism & Civility Award. He is an ABOTA National Board Member, is the past Co-Chair of the national membership committee and previously served as a Trustee for the national ABOTA Foundation. Mr. Costantino has been selected by his fellow peers for inclusion in the publication Best Lawyers in America as well as Super Lawyers Magazine as one of the top lawyers in Florida and one of the top 25 lawyers in Jacksonville across all legal specialties.
