Raquel Gross

Raquel Gross is a fierce Litigator. She has handled thousands of personal injury cases and has a proven track record of securing exceptional results for her clients in jury trials, arbitrations, mediations and settlements. As a seasoned trial attorney, her many successes have been published by The Illinois Jury Verdict Reporter and The Illinois Settlement Reporter. She was nominated a 2022 Super Lawyers Rising Star, a designation received by only 2% of all lawyers based upon recommendations from their peers and professional achievement. She was also nominated Top Attorney in Illinois by the Chicago Magazine in February of 2022. Raquel is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and the Illinois State Bar Association. Aside from her strong litigation practice, her academic background includes 2 Juris Doctor degrees. One from Brazil where she grew up and one from Florida A&M Law School. While attending school, she participated in the Moot Court program and was nominated to the Dean’s List several times. She also clerked for the Orange County Public Defender’s office, and several Personal Injury law firms, including one of the largest Personal Injury firm in the country which has its headquarters in Orlando, Fl. She is fluent in English, Portuguese and conversational Spanish. Outside of work, Raquel enjoys yoga practice, traveling and walks by the lake with her husband, Tim and their two children.
