About Randy Mallaber
Randy Mallaber Graduated, summa cum laude, from SUNY Fredonia with a BA in Political Science. At Fredonia he received the Dawly Award for the most outstanding Political Science senior. He graduated from the Syracuse University College of Law. Randy is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York. Randy is an experienced litigation attorney representing clients with diverse backgrounds including personal injury, auto accidents, worksite accidents, manufacturing, software, construction, real estate, retail, natural gas well enhancement, public interest not-for-profits, insurance, pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes and doctors. Randy works closely with a client to understand the client’s needs and philosophy in order to develop a litigation plan for the client. Randy has enjoyed a great deal of success in developing litigation plans specific for each client early in the litigation that have provided a clear picture of the client’s risk exposure, expected costs and likely result. Randy routinely brings about a result consistent with those early projections which allows the client to be better prepared for and endure the costs and risks associated with litigation and, if necessary, trial. Randy handles all aspects of the client’s case from the initiation of the matter through its final resolution whether it is a dismissal, settlement or trial, including any appeals. In his free time Randy enjoys skiing, sailing, mountain biking and hiking. Randy has been rated as a Super Lawyer in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
