My practice focuses exclusively on labor and employment law. I routinely represent management clients in a wide range of employment litigation, including wage & hour class and collective actions, discrimination and retaliation suits, and trade secret & restrictive covenant matters, as well as agency proceedings, including discrimination charges before the EEOC and similar state agencies and hearings before the NLRB. I also regularly counsel employers in various industries, and provide training to managers and human resources staff, in all aspects of labor and employment law, including compliance with federal, state, and local statutes; preparing employment agreements, releases, restrictive covenants, and handbooks; reductions-in-force; hiring and discharge issues; wage and hour concerns; leaves of absence; and diversity and equal employment opportunity; and union organizing and collective bargaining agreements.
