Attorney experienced in the broad spectrum of real estate, business, municipal, probate and labor and employment litigation matters, business transactional matters, and governance issues. In my employment practice, I provide counsel to public and private employers on workforce management issues, labor relations matters and litigation avoidance techniques. I exclusively represent management in all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, leave and wage-and-hour issues under both state and federal law, trade secret and non-compete matters and unfair labor practice claims.
