About Randall Kleiman
I am a lawyer and partner in the firm of Oade, Stroud, and Kleiman, PLC located in East Lansing, Michigan. I have been practicing law for 42 years and with this firm since 1989. I have a range of practice areas but much of my work includes commercial litigation and transactions. I have a Martindale- Hubbell peer review rating of "AV", reflecting the highest professional ability and ethical standards possible. I also recently received the Leo A. Farhat Distinguished Attorney Award from the Ingham County Bar Association which is an honor given by my peers for exemplary character, integrity, judgment and legal scholarship. In addition to practicing law, I have taught business classes at Lansing Community College. I am also a licensed residential builder and nursery dealer and own an interest in several businesses. Areas of Practice: I provide litigation, transactional, and consulting services to individual and business clients including business entity formation, contracts, real estate purchases, sales and development, construction, collection, foreclosure, bankruptcy and workouts, and insurance matters. My clients range from individuals to multinational companies. I have also served as a case mediator and private arbitrator. I have been an expert witness in the areas of attorney malpractice, business agreements, and attorney's fees.
