About Ramie Niederkorn

Ramie Niederkorn graduated from University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Political Economy. Thereafter, she attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2004 and was admitted to the California State Bar. Ms. Niederkorn joined Prindle, Goetz, Barnes&Reinholtz LLP in April of 2005 as an associate attorney. She maintained a high billable average, rapidly impressed the partners, developed her own clients and became a partner in August of 2013. Currently, Ms. Niederkorn deals with all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, including civil subrogation matters, and makes appearances in all courts in Northern and Southern California. Her clients range from large corporations to medium sized companies to small business owners and home owners across a wide range of businesses. Ms. Niederkorn’s experience with workers compensation litigation includes extensive trial work before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board, including high exposure, life pension cases. She has handled litigation involving death and life pension exposure, penalties, discrimination claims pursuant to Labor Code section 132(a), serious and willful misconduct claims, rehabilitation unit hearings, medical lien litigation, petitions for reconsideration and petitions for writ of review.
